CSLTHOUGHTS

I am a 23-year old aspiring writer living in Brooklyn, New York. I am of Mexican descent as both of my parents were born in Mexico and I in Queens, New York.

I am big on human rights, justice and anything morally right; so big that I am strongly considering choosing a career in Law and/or Social Work. The society we live in can be so cruel. Sitting back and doing nothing would be an injustice to not only everything I believe in, but to also the people. I would hope to help humanity one day, whether it is through a minor or major act. 

I don't have the best mental or the ideal coping mechanisms so that is where my writing comes into play. As everyone knows writing is a form of expression. It is an art that can enhance different perspectives depending on what one is going through during the time of reading a prose piece. I'm a very reserved and "suffer in silence" type of person so this website consists of most of my unspoken thoughts.
